Google Groups should not be recommended since Google pushed the service behind login

Hello!

Currently, Google Groups service is recommended on couple of d.o pages
e.g. /support, /Bugs etc.

Recently, Google pushed G-Groups behind login and now user needs to have
Google account to view any group/list or any message within.

IMHO we should not suggest G-groups on d.o pages anymore.

If there is no issue with this proposal then I can open a MR at
