too, which _also_ suffers from https://bugs.debian.org/896067 : "doc-debian:
missing text on https://www.debian.org/devel/constitution" .

Hrm, maybe the doc-debian package should get removed, and not shipped with
upcoming 11/bullseye release.  Currently, constitution.wml (the original
english one) is maintained in 2 different places in git at salsa: also at
https://salsa.debian.org/ddp-team/doc-debian/-/blob/master/doc-debian/doc/constitution.wml
.... :(

I'll think a bit more about what's the right thing to do now...
