How to solve validation failed

We get validation error at
https://www.debian.org/index.en.html

I think that is because of article tag.
article tag is html5 but not html4

If someone remove or change article tag at
https://salsa.debian.org/webmaster-team/webwml/-/blob/master/english/index.inc
will solved the problem.
