Some major BitTorrent clients now days are Deluge, qbittorrent, and Transmission, all of which are packaged in sid, and both deluge and transmission have CLI only versions. They are also all cross platform for people looking to download Debian on Windows or MacOS. It is probably also worth considering tools like aria2, which provides a wget like interface for downloading of single files. It would also not be amiss to move the latest BitTorrent files directly onto https://www.debian.org/distrib/ to improve there visibility.
