There seem to be some problems with this sitemap pages.
A workaround was placed, see
https://salsa.debian.org/webmaster-team/webwml/-/commit/83f7cae0178074e5e4f913168b4b42c7be90af13
which leads to this "misbehaviour" of uncomplete translations apparently.
