I wasn't sure whether DSA or the www team is responsible for onion.debian.org 
therefor I'm sending this to both.

I noticed a while ago that the info on onion.debian.org is outdated 
(OnionBalance is now integrated into Tor), but primarily that it lists onion 
v2, not onion v3 addresses.
Given https://blog.torproject.org/v2-deprecation-timeline and that onion v2 is 
not very secure (afaict, due to using RSA1024), I think an update to onion.d.o 
is in order.
