packages.debian.org bug: "list of files" link broken for "all" architecture

On packages.debian.org, the "list of files" links appear to be broken for architecture-independent packages.

For example, on <https://packages.debian.org/bullseye/apt>, the link to <https://packages.debian.org/bullseye/amd64/apt/filelist> works;
but on <https://packages.debian.org/bullseye/debian-archive-keyring>, the link to <https://packages.debian.org/bullseye/all/debian-archive-keyring/filelist> is broken.
