please replace links to alioth - now it's samba

hello,
I was trying to make libccid work and noticed that in the package page:
https://packages.debian.org/bullseye/libccid

there is a link to the alioth server:
http://pcsclite.alioth.debian.org/section.html

which has been dismissed and replaced by salsa:
https://wiki.debian.org/Alioth

so, the new link should be like this:
https://salsa.debian.org/rousseau/CCID/


I'm quite sure this is not the only package with such an error, but can't
tell which ones.
