I think the real issue here is not finding the alternative downloads, but that loading the https://www.debian.org/download page (said page being linked from the home page) automatically starts the amd64 netinst iso download.

The download starts without user interaction in the Web browsers I tested (Firefox and Falkon), so it could cause issue for people with a poor connectivity or a metered Internet access.
