Securing Debian Handbook outdated on debian.org/doc

Hey all,

I just noticed that the handbook online is behind what's currently in
Git on salsa.

For example, see the "Where to get the manual" section:

https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/securing-debian-manual/changelog.en.html

It still is mentioning "svn checkout". However, in git we've had this
part changed

to "git clone" since May 14, 2018:

https://salsa.debian.org/ddp-team/securing-debian-manual/-/commit/e89513c426c0c5dd6ce30286ebdc55d1037cad1e

What is the process of generating the docs on www.debian.org? We could
probably

create a pipeline on Salsa to do the update automatically? But for now,
how do we

update the page manually?
