Hi all,

Maybe we should add a small section on how to know the architecture of
a running system on e.g. https://www.debian.org/ports/ , and a link to
it on e.g. https://www.debian.org/releases/stable/releasenotes to help
people upgrading their systems.

Additionally, a link to https://www.debian.org/ports/ on e.g.
https://www.debian.org/distrib/ may also be useful for people to
choose the correct image to download.
