The best thing to do is to contact the german translation team 
(debian-l1On-german) through his mailing list : 
https://lists.debian.org/debian-l10n-german/ ,
after you have read this page : 
https://www.debian.org/international/german/index.de.html, which is the 
best way to know how the german  team proceeds.
