You can find the source code of the /doc page here:

(every debian.org/* page says "Web site source code is 
[available](https://salsa.debian.org/webmaster-team/webwml)" on the 
bottom).

I suggest follow the link and adapt the page as you deem fit. You can 
edit it right there on that page if you make yourself an account. After 
you've done so you can make a pull request. If nobody answers within a 
reasonable time then ask here on this list for a merge and hopefully 
someone with write permissions will merge the change or give you feedback.
