Occasional 304 on packages.debian.org

Hi *,

I have several package URLs in my urlwatch.yaml, e.g. [1]

For that URL, I get urlwatch.jobs.NotModifiedError every other time I 
run urlwatch. This translates to HTTP 200 and HTTP 304 taking turns.


dig packages.debian.org gives

packages.debian.org.    300     IN      A       128.31.0.51
packages.debian.org.    300     IN      A       195.192.210.132



Could you please have the webserver configuration checked?
