translations still referencing obsolete documentation

Hi translators,

nearly a year ago the list of obsolete manuals was removed in git commit
069b28a1cfdce76b6a00eee9eca638b0d07a8969

I still see some languages referencing those. Because of that, we
cannot remove the files on the web server.

Please check your translation of doc/ddp.wml (remove all references to
obsolete#....) and remove the file <LANGUAGE>/doc/obsolete.wml

danish/doc/ddp.wml
finnish/doc/ddp.wml
german/doc/ddp.wml
greek/doc/ddp.wml
indonesian/doc/ddp.wml
japanese/doc/ddp.wml
polish/doc/ddp.wml
russian/doc/ddp.wml
slovak/doc/ddp.wml
