Sorry if I added noise to the Matt's original message but the broken link is the
one mentioned by him. It is the link behind the 'Debian Changelog' entry under
the 'Debian Resources:' at those two pages (for instances):
https://packages.debian.org/en/buster/ffmpeg
https://packages.debian.org/en/buster/clamav

I just wanted to point out a more systematic problem and I tried to justify it.
