Severity: minor

https://www.debian.org/doc/ddp.en.html says under "Documentation Policy":

"We use Docbook XML for our documents."

Since some documents (Debian Policy, Developers Reference) have been migrated
to Sphinx/restructuredText alredy, can this be considered as the new recommend?

If so, the text should be updated to something like

"We use restructuredText or Docbook XML (deprecated) for our documents."
