Been seeing the same on and off recently, including from a couple hours ago to right now when I try to load [0]. Similarly, packages site requests that are served by www.debian.org (128.31.0.52, ill-connection.csail.mit.edu) are perfectly fine for me. For example, [1] serves quickly, but [2] does not. Firefox tells me that for the [0] and [2] cases it's using the CSAIL mirror (128.31.0.51, pkgmirror-csail.debian.org) and is getting a response with the following timings: Blocked: 0ms DNS Resolution: 1ms Connecting: 75ms (From Lumen in Portland, OR, USA) TLS Setup: 5.77s Sending: 0ms Waiting: 1.07min Receiving: 0ms (503) --JH [0] https://packages.debian.org/bookworm/libc6 [1] https://www.debian.org/distrib/packages [2] https://packages.debian.org/stable/
