past few days I've been getting "site may be down" or "connection refused" when trying to access forums.debian.net over my WIFI/CableInternet/COMCAST connection. ~$ wget forums.debian.net/ --2025-03-03 15:21:46-- http://forums.debian.net/ Resolving forums.debian.net (forums.debian.net)... 159.69.48.177, 2a01:4f8:1c17:7bb3::1 Connecting to forums.debian.net (forums.debian.net)|159.69.48.177|:80... failed: Connection refused. Connecting to forums.debian.net (forums.debian.net)|2a01:4f8:1c17:7bb3::1|:80... failed: Network is unreachable. ~$ traceroute to forums.debian.net works fine. But... When I access the site thru my cellphone (Verizon) using the cellular network and disabling WIFI it connects OK. Why would one connect and the other refuse connections?
