Bug#1109609: www.debian.org: please restore historic News items until they can be moved elsewhere

Hello,

This is the bug to properly request the restoration of the historic News 
items that were removed about 6 months ago in commits e92471ba and 
be8c189a, until the content is hosted permanently elsewhere and 
redirects are put in place to preserve the established URIs.

As I've wrote elsewhere, I am committed to working on a solution that 
satisfies the debian-www's team to simplify the present-day website, 
*and* preserve the old content and their established URIs, but I urge 
you to restore them in the meantime.
