Those strings are not in the release-notes repo, I think those translations are living in
<https://github.com/sphinx-doc/sphinx/tree/master/sphinx/locale>

There, "Next" is indeed translated for Japanese and Korean.
So, I guess nothing needs to be done now.
The Debian webpage is built on a Debian bookworm machine currently, so it uses Sphinx V5.3.0.
Ustream is at V8.2.X.
So the Debian website is a big step behind here with the Sphinx version.
As soon as wolkenstein gets its next dist-ugrade, your issue is likely to be fixed by itself.

Be patient and wait is the only thing you can do.
