Documentation inconsistency: default umask in Securing Debian Manual online vs. actual default on trixie

Dear maintainers,

On page 36 in https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/securing-debian-manual/securing-debian-manual.en.pdf we see, “Debian's default umask setting is 022 […]”. On page 39 in https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/securing-debian-manual/securing-debian-manual.de.pdf we see, “Das Standardwert von Umask ist in Debian 022.”

But on my trixie, umask is 002 by default for a normal user.

Please fix this inconsistency.
