Hi,

https://packages.debian.org/source/sid/nextpnr shows a rather short list
of build dependencies. Since this package builds a few empty
transitional packages, we have arch:all packages, but all the build
dependencies are required only for the arch-specific builds, so they are
in Build-Depends-Arch.
