Hi Team,

reading [1] I came across the http://ftp.debian.org/... link.

How about modifying at least all Debian.org links,
(or potentially with a small check _all_ links)
to use https instead?

I'm aware that for external links some verification is needed
whether the same content is given out (or any content at all),
and perhaps there are links where https doesn't make any sense
(like CRLs?) -- but for the majority it would be an improvement.

Best regards,

Phil
