The "...once you have remedied the problem." lead me to believe I'd have to come up with some form of solution before contacting the team there. I can report there too, if you wish. >The issue isn't that your browser is less well-known, it's that it's I came to a conclusion based on too many assumptions. That was a bad move. I'd forgotten that I've been using FF compatibility mode, TBH. My fault again. Looking at the PM support forum gave me some information I was unaware of; I can change the version of FF that the PM user agent string will use. Having done that, and setting a much more recent version, I can confirm that I don't receive the abuse warnings any more. >We're working on improving the detections so that the blunt user agent {snipped} >for the inconvenience in the meantime. No apology necessary, Adam. I completely understand. Beating the bots is an ever evolving challenge. Just as beating spam and viruses are. You're playing 'catch-up' to an ever moving target. It's all well beyond my capabilities. Thank you for your response, which prompted me to do a more thorough analysis. I'll try to do better analyses before I send any reports in future. Sorry for the noise. And thank you, again. --=20 Regards _ "Valid sig separator is {dash}{dash}{space}" / ) "The blindingly obvious is never immediately apparent" / _)rad "Is it only me that has a working delete key?"
