Thanks for contacting us.
 
Due to massive abuse of resources by morons scraping the entire web
for data for their LLMs, we've ended up blocking various parts of the
net from accessing the wiki.
 
Recently, however, those same morons have made things worse by using
botnets to access resources from residential IP addresses scattered
all over the world. We've been analysing traffic to identify IPs
involved and block those too, but sometimes that isn't 100%
accurate. We're refining that analysis over time to make it work
better.
 
Multiple addresses in the range you list were blocked, Unfortunately,
it seems you have a large number of bad neighbours here. :-(
 
I've removed those blocks now, but they may return if the botnet
activity shows up again.
