Issue on debian site with wget

When try do wget any iso , from debian site with VPN or without on Saudi
Arabia, it freeze on await respond to generate the mirror , (kernel.org is
same problem with mirrors) and I need try more then one time to do wget or
wait longer to respond work the issue only in debian site
