Mailing list links aren't working

Hello!

I noticed that links on web page https://www.debian.org/support leading
to mailing lists section aren't working. For example, mailing list
archive link [https://lists.debian.org/] and search mailing lists link
[https://lists.debian.org/search.html] return 403 error "Forbidden".
The same happens on https://www.debian.org/MailingLists/ page.
These links are wrong or something is wrong with permissions.

If I'm using wrong address to report this issue please forward this
message to the person responsible for the web page content.
