But since I didn't have the time to actually test it, it's actually
broken: the X server doesn't look in the multiarch path. I have thus
submitted

https://salsa.debian.org/xorg-team/driver/xserver-xorg-input-keyboard/-/merge_requests/4

to instead fix the ./configure libdir path.
