There is no package versioned 25.2.8-2~mx25ahs in Debian. This is 
probably a third-party package, possibly from MX Linux?

Debian only supports Debian's own packages. If you are using packages 
from some other source, please report installability problems to that 
other source's support channels.

(Mesa maintainers: this bug and the similar #1125779 should probably be 
closed as outside Debian's scope.)
