Bug#1131791: x11-apps: provide .desktop entries for some apps (inc xclock)

As subject. Some environments only present a list of applications that 
are configured via .desktop apps (like it or not); xclock should be 
available in those environments.

possibly also xcalc, xeyes, oclock, xlogo, xbiff.
