Bug#1139804: libx11-doc: Inconsistent Use of Types in the man Page of XCopyArea

In the declaration of XCopyArea in its man page, we see:
..., unsigned int width, unsigned height,...
The width is in unsigned int type while the height is in unsigned type
(without the int). 
I cannot stress enough how distressing this assymetry
feels.
