Some troubles with grub with buster point release 10.8

Hi all,

just a word of caution even though this is not directly related to FAI:

grub-pc/grub2 in buster's 10.8 point release "sacrifices" 
non-interactive upgrade-ability[1].

I have not yet tried to work around it as outlined by the maintainer in 
the bug report, but currently we are stuck with many machines needing an 
"interactive" update or reinstall(?) to get around this problem for now.

At the moment, I do not know if that poses a generic problem for FAI 
installed machines and if so, if a work-around by setting the 
appropriate debconf values could be done.

Any feedback/hints are obviously welcome ;-)
