Squashfs Image No space left on device

Hello,

on one FAI-Server (we are using multiple FAI-Server) I got an error 
message no space left on device.

I have created the squashfs.img with fai-cd -SMeJ squashfs.img

The squash fs Image is round about 720 MB big.

On another server I have no problems with the squashfs.img.

What could I do to fix this error?
