Please help me update 1 fuzzy PO

Hi,

The maint-guide source has been updated.  It now builds HTML/TXT/PDF/epub.

I am thinking to upload this soon. (probably without zh-cn/zh-tw)

There are 1162 strings to translate.
  Perfect translation          for ja.
  Only one fuzzy               for ca es fr it ru.
  52 untranslated              for de.
  untranslated 241 / fuzzy 589 for zh-cn
  untranslated 268 / fuzzy 689 for zh-tw

Please send me a patch or push your change to git's po file (if you are
ddp member, you have write access).  (Please do not change non-po files.)

When translating, please keep code example parts in the same way as English.

Next version has following changes:

  * Synch with Debian Policy 3.9.4 to introduce build-arch and
    build-indep targets. Closes: #698717.
  * Update to current Debian Policy 3.9.5 and debhelper v9.

  * Updated translations: ja, fr, it, es, ca, ru, de.

  * Removed zero width spaces from it, BOMs from ca.
  * Updated URL for wnpp-by-tags.  Closes: #701617
  * Add bash completion for dquilt. Closes: #706515
  * Typo fix. Closes: #720759, #731990, #731659
  * Split the English source in chapters.
  * Add epub build support following the debian-reference method.
