Similarly, is it really neccessary to ask about moving the .cfg and fixing permissions at all?: is there any reason to support someone saying "no" to these questions? As a user i would much rather the file is simply moved to the new location and permissions are adjusted -- with what has happened being documented in NEWS.Debian -- than have to answer a debconf question. (Perhaps more justification for the permissions question)
