Off-topic for d.l.e, but: most packages leave the cron script, but have it
exit 0 if /run/systemd/system exists - that way non-systemd users can
keep using cron and you dont need to ask users a question which
interrupts their upgrade.

Similarly, is it really neccessary to ask about moving the .cfg and
fixing permissions at all?: is there any reason to support someone
saying "no" to these questions? As a user i would much rather the file
is simply moved to the new location and permissions are adjusted -- with
what has happened being documented in NEWS.Debian -- than have to answer
a debconf question. (Perhaps more justification for the permissions
question)
