dl10n-check is missing DebSrc.pm

I'm trying to run dl10n-check but it fails with
Can't locate Debian/Pkg/DebSrc.pm in @INC (you may need to install the Debian::Pkg::DebSrc module)

Can anyone help in locating a DebSrc.pm ?
