dpkg 1.21.20: Please translate the package dpkg (man pages)

Dear Debian I18N people,

I would like to know if some of you would be interested in translating
dpkg (man pages).

dpkg already includes de.po es.po fr.po hu.po it.po ja.po nl.po pl.po
pt.po pt_BR.po ru.po sv.po zh_CN.po.
So do not translate it to these languages (the translators will be
contacted separately).
