[Spanish] Sync www.d.o/security/index.wml (was: Re: webwml failed)

Dear all

sorry for the long delay, I just updated the Spanish translation for 
www.d.o/security/index to be synced with the English content.

Thanks Thomas Lange for providing the git log command, that helped a 
lot, and Hans Fredrik Nordhaug for fixing the commit hash to prevent 
repeated "webwml failed" errors.
