Active Persian, Farsi, Iran members?

sorry fort hat meta question. I just want to know if anyone is aware of
members (or users) related to Persian/Farsi language or Iran?

Looking into "debian-l10n-persian" (and the same on Ubuntu) it seems
there is no active community.
