Debian website: Translation sync

Hello all (previous website translators in BCC):

recently there were some changings in English, which you are not aware of
probably, since the relevant files are not listed at the website statictics
pages like https://www.debian.org/devel/website/stats/de.

I did some syncing as far as possible for me, however there is still some little
work to do for translators.

So you might want to look into these files:
webwml/<lang>/international/l10n/po/tmpl.src
webwml/<lang>/international/l10n/po4a/tmpl.src

You can lookup the changings in English via these commands:
git diff 29e4b6a41ff6..0b3b565fa9cc -- english/international/l10n/po/tmpl.src
git diff 29e4b6a41ff6..0b3b565fa9cc -- english/international/l10n/po4a/tmpl.src
