Inconsistent behavior for "Status of Debconf templates l10n with PO files for..." pages

I tried to untangle the thread from a couple of months ago about the
status pages for l10n of debconf messages. It seems we still have issues
in this area, maybe not the same. Not sure.

For coordination of Swedish (in general I do them and others review it
at the BTS) I use both the coordination robot and the overview page at
the main debian web.

[coordination]
https://l10n.debian.org/coordination/swedish/sv.by_status.html
[overview] https://www.debian.org/international/l10n/po-debconf/sv.en.html

As can be seen in our mailing list[1] I asked the robot to remove the
ITT tag from open-infrastructure-storage-tools at the 26th of August and
it was picked up by the robot for the [coordination] page.
The [overview] still shows the ITT however.

And another issue I found was that mini-buildd went from BTS tagged to
"needs work" in the [overview] while the robot noticed the closed bug
report and removed it from the [coordination] page. The work needed is
the same as was the case before I submitted the bug in October 2023[2]
and it was accepted into the archive at the end of November 2023[3]. It
looks like the file exposed as needing work in the [overview] page is an
old one.
Looking at that package specifically I can see that French is at the
same situation with the same amount of work to do for mini-buildd.

And after writing all of that I just noticed that seems to be down. That
can be part of this problem I guess. Haven't tried to download any files
for at least a week. Probably longer.

The cron error logs posted to d-l-devel is massive and has been for
along time. Probably worth something to bury myself there for a while.
