I will do an upload of debian-edu-router today with various  
translation updates already submitted and also a severe bug fix  
(broken transparent proxy setup). As long as it's possible, I will do  
follow-up uploads of versions with i18n changes/updates. Please  
provide the FAI installer files as mentioned above, if you can, as  
soon as feasible for you.

Here is an example for Dutch/Beglium locale configurations I just  
committed/updated (which you might want to use for guidance):

@Serhii: maybe you can provide something similar for RU and UK translations?
