DDTP (or DDTSS) password reset

Hi all,
I didn't use my account of the DDTP web interface for a long time. Now
that account seems disabled: my credentials do not work and I cannot
create a new one because of the existing one blocking the alias. Is
there anyone that may re-enable a DDTP account?
