Interesting, I see there's no established Northern Sami team for GNOME: 
https://l10n.gnome.org/teams/se/

If you are interested in changing that, It would be great if you could 
write a request on 
https://gitlab.gnome.org/Teams/Translation/Coordination/-/work_items/new 
with a title like "New translation team for Northern Sami (se)"
