english text found in greek translations

Hi,

in git commit d1faaff4691ce303281aef03d4cd89f53a855b5d
from 2019, 317 english files were added to the greek directory. Some
were then translated, but there are still many file untranslated into
greek. Is there are reson for keeping those english versions?
I like to remove those files, for e.g. greek/women/*.wml

Any objections?
