Tux Paint has reached Debian Jessie

As expected, tuxpaint 0.9.22, tuxpaint-stamps 2014.08.23 and tuxpaint-confi=
g 0.0.13 have now made it into Jessie as a part of the last automatic migra=
tion run before the freeze.

And to the translators, thanks for all your hard work. The new version has =
an impressive range of translations: For the main program we have 47 comple=
te languages! And in total we have 119 languages with a lot of the main fun=
ctionality translated.
