Lo de unload modules es normal. El programa que te genera el archivo
/etc/X11/XF86Config-4 en debian no está muy pulido y a mi también me ha
pasado alguna vez lo de "no screens found". Prueba a jugar un poco con
el archivo nombrado, sobre todo las secciones "Device" y "Screen".
