grub2 pl.po - tłumaczenie numbering scheme transition

Przetłumaczyłem plik pl.po do gruba2, ale mam problem z wyrażeniem
numbering scheme transition. Przetłumaczyłem jako zmiana sposobu
numeracji, ale jakoś mi to tak trochę nie pasuje. Może wpadniecie na
coś lepszego.
