[TAF] wml://devel/debian-installer/index.wml

Dear Russian Language team
I have updated some of the website files to apply the General Resolution
about non-free-firmware (mostly, remove texts talking about unofficial
images) and the recent release of Debian 12 bookworm (the updates that
didn't need to know Russian).

One of the updated pages is devel/debian-installer/index.wml, which I 
only partially updated, so I didn't update the translation-check header.
The file in the translation dashboard was "stuck" in an old RFR status 
so I'm sending this "TAF" to reset the status in the dashboard and point 
to this message.

If you need my input on anything please CC me, I'm not subscribed.
